We ship orders within 24-48hrs using Australia Post & Aramex.
Australian Standard Post expected delivery times: 3-7 Business Days.
Australian Express Post expected delivery times: 1-3 Business Days.
Important to note:
1. Orders will be delivered on business days only.
2. Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days on top of standard delivery times.
3. Delivery services do not run on National or State Public Holidays. Please refer to Australia Post for more information.
4. Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond our control.

Hot Weather Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee the quality of chocolates and sweets delivered during the hot season without cold gel packs. Customers are strongly recommended to add gel packs to their order to help maintain product quality and prevent melting during transit.
